We are seeking an Electrician for a permanent position in Ashington and nearby areas, focusing on social housing contracts.
The role offers a basic salary of £38,200, with an OTE of £43,000 including standby, along with a van and fuel card.

The Electrician will be responsible for responsive repairs in both tenanted properties and commercial environments, working Monday to Friday for 37 hours a week.

We are looking for an Electrician to work on a social housing contract in Ashington and surrounding areas. This is a permanent role. The successful Electrician will be expected to complete responsive repairs in tenanted properties as well as commercial environments.

The Electrician will receive:

38,200 basic salary (43,000 OTE including standby)
Van and fuel card
Generous pension scheme
28 days holiday + bank holidays

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

Work in Ashington and surrounding areas
Reactive repairs and maintenance
Working in domestic and commercial environments
Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week
