Quality Assurance Administrator

Join a dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing and maintaining the quality management system to guarantee the products and services meet the highest standards, reporting to the management team.

DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of the QMS Database and Logs, overseeing the company Quality Management System (QMS) database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Maintain Comprehensive Product Quality Records, ensuring all product quality records are accurate and complete.
  • Work closely with suppliers to address and maintain the quality and standard of products supplied.
  • Maintain, review, and generate new standard operating procedures.
  • Manage supplier and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution by following correct procedures.
  • Coordinate and schedule document control reviews, monitoring logs to ensure compliance.
  • Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities related to quality management.
  • Conduct annual internal audits and manage documentation.
  • Prepare for and manage external audits from BSI and customers.
  • Host audits for key suppliers to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Manage supplier and customer questionnaires.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in similar QA roles.
  • Driver's License: Must be a driver due to the location and nature of the job.
