Systems Integration Engineer (6-Month Contract) - UK-Based6 Month Fixed Term Contract£55k & £5k car allowance Location: Remote/UK Office with travel across Europe About the Role:We are seeking a talented Systems Integration Engineer to join our dynamic international team on a 6-month contract. This position offers the flexibility of working from home or at our UK offices, with the potential for travel to client sites across Europe. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and define requirements for systems, applications, and integration projects.
- Lead all phases of systems integration, delivering solutions within project scope.
- Identify and raise Change Requests, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Analyze, document, and present technical solutions to clients, providing clear and comprehensive explanations to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate in pre-tender presentations to influence market opportunities.
- Develop integration strategies and ensure projects meet deadlines.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- Android & MDM Experience
- Knowledge of software development, networking, RFID, and Android technologies
- Proven field engineering experience in a client-facing role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work on complex projects with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel across the UK and work night shifts as required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Java and/or C#
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Strong technical writing skills for producing integration documentation
- Versatile programming knowledge for various languages and hardware applications
