The Role as a Senior Town Planner
As a Senior Town Planner, you will:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects, from initial appraisals to securing permissions.
- Provide expert planning advice to clients, ensuring projects align with policy and regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and reports.
- Mentor junior planners and contribute to the ongoing growth of the team.

About You as a Senior Town Planner
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated planning professional with:
- A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
- MRTPI qualification (or working towards it).
- Proven experience in development management, policy planning, or consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A proactive and client-focused approach to work.
