Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an established Town Planning & Heritage Consultancy in Buckinghamshire on the hire of a Town Planner.

Our client has been successfully operating for 40 years and holds offices in the North & South of England. Their clients are varied in size and type with the company holding a particular strength in the commercial sectors including hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, banks, sports and leisure operators and retailers. They also work for property developers, healthcare organisations and housing associations.

The team now includes over 20 fee-earning professionals and joining this well-balanced team the successful Town Planner will help provide the following services to your clients;

  • Development & Acquisition Appraisals
  • Planning Applications
  • Local Plans
  • Heritage
  • Retail Assessments
  • Planning for Advertisements
  • Planning Appeals
  • Contesting Enforcement
  • Multi-project support
