This role would be suitable for someone with previous experience in a management role, who possesses drive and passion for the property industry and can drive the business forward.You will be joining a high performing sales team in their busy Bourne End office. Responsibilities of the Branch Manager position include:

  • Leading and supporting a dynamic team
  • Inspiring and motivating the team
  • Ensuring that processes are followed correctly, maximising every opportunity and applicant
  • Support with general administration and general office management
  • Meeting with clients
  • Carry out viewings of the properties
  • Assessing buyers & sellers particular needs
  • Negotiating the offer between the buyer and the seller
  • Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
  • Promoting properties via different mediums

The skills required for the Branch Manager role will include:

  • Have previous experience in a management role
  • Valuing experience with a strong conversion rate
  • Must have a full understanding of property processes
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
