Primary age special school which caters for children experiencing communication and interaction difficulties, within a moderate learning difficulty/mild learning disability range. It is expected that the vast majority of our pupils have a diagnosis of ASD alongside other difficulties such as global delay, ADHD and Dyspraxia.
The school offers these children a smaller group setting with plenty of space, with a specialised curriculum and teaching methods to address their needs and make a positive learning experience.
The school has a large forest school on site, which children learn in on a weekly basis

路 Primary trained or SEND trained teacher for a key stage 2 class
路 Non-verbal ASD children
路 Maternity cover for 12 months April 2025 start
路 Small class sizes 6-8 students with 3-4 teaching assistants in each class
路 Pay to teacher scale point
路 SEND allowance
The person
路 Will hold QTS or equivalent
路 Relocation bonus
路 Primary curriculum knowledge and preferable experience
路 Able to commit 5 days a week for the duration of the contract
