My client are looking for a Warehouse operative to join their small team. A great company that offers training opportunities with a real family feel. Benefits-

Warehouse Operative Duties:* Loading and unloading delivery vehicles (By hand or with a forklift truck).* Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; picking items; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.* Prepare parcels for mailing, use courier systems to book shipments.* Booking in goods received from suppliers.* Checking for damaged or missing items.* Sort and place items on racks, shelves or in bins, according to organisational standards (FIFO).* Assist in counting of physical inventory - Quarterly Stock Count.* Pump maintenance, recording and servicing.* Assembling kits.* Maintain warehouse supplies such as Boxes, Tape, Pallets etc…* Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations tidy; Sweep, dust and mop where required. * Wear the proper safety clothing * Your duties may be modified from time to time to suit the needs of the business.

Due to the nature of the role, the following skills are required:* Organised.* Friendly and helpful* Flexible and able to prioritise.* Meticulous and accurate.* Trustworthy and dependable.* Self-motivated.* Articulate and a good communicator. * Good with English (verbally and written).* Proficient in using a computer (Word, Excel and Outlook).* Able to work in a team.
