About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administration Officer to manage the administrative functions of and Extremely business R&D director, with multiple projects across diverse sectors.

In this role, you will be integral in supporting multiple projects across the UK, to ensure timely project delivery, maintain clear communication, and uphold efficient processes. With a structured approach to project tracking and completion, youll have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the operations, from the ground up.

This role offers a pathway for growth, with the a step into a Project Manager position, taking ownership growing your career and salary.

Key Responsibilities the highlights

  • Administer and monitor multiple projects, ensuring project documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Implement and manage tracking systems (preferably using Microsoft Project or similar) to monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with project managers and teams to ensure that project objectives, schedules, and budgets are met.
  • Generate reports and updates for key stakeholders, tracking progress and identifying potential risks.
  • Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and support consistent project delivery.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in project administration.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in project administration within sectors such as construction, engineering, energy, defence, or Agile environments type environments.
  • Experience with legal jargon.
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks like PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile. Something that you know really well, that can be implemented.
  • Proficiency in one or all, Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
