As a Nurse Unit Lead you will:
  • Head up a specialist unit providing strong organisation and supervision to clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Deliver clinical care to residents based on their individual care plans
  • Liaise with management within the home to ensure outstanding delivery of care
  • Manage staffing and skill mix to ensure optimum levels of care

The ideal Nurse Unit Lead will have:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN
  • Experience leading a clinical team and supervising others
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A commitment to high-quality care and team development
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and fine-tuned decision-making skills
