Sales Executive
Location : Bourne
Salary : Negotiable depending on experience
Hours : Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
The position is to generate salesby conducting outbound and receiving incoming sales calls withcustomers. The primary function is to promote and sell the full product range to potential andcurrent customers and to generate sales and market growth for the business. You would bemanaging your own customer database,making monthlycontact with current customers and developing leads to acquire new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively plan and schedule calls to ensure that opportunities are maximised.
- Collaborate with Stock Control & Finance teams to ensure all customer interactions aremanaged professionally and effectively; from order queries, stock queries and returns toaccount applications, complaints, customer payments/ arrears etc.
- Ensure CRM is fully utilised; all customer meetings, contacts, calls/ activities and sales pipeline.
- Arrange customer samples, literature and stationery as required.
- Follow up on quotations and sample requests.
- Work in partnership with the Field Sales Team (External Sales).
- Develop leads and identify business opportunities with new distribution partners and presentthese to the Sales Manager for review.
- Understand the customer needs to develop insights and gain competitiveadvantage.
- Identify and develop strong relationships with the key customer stakeholders who can deliverreal value.
- Negotiate Trading Agreements as required.
- Be involved in decision-making processes as required.
