- Event Coordination:Â Organise travel, accommodations, and bookings for shows.
- Marketing Admin:Â Manage mail-outs, stock counts, and source marketing materials.
- Sales Support:Â Coordinate responses to enquiries and assist with price lists.
- CRM Management:Â Update and report on sales opportunities on the CRM system.
- Visitor Support:Â Assist with customer and supplier visits.
- Strong communication skills
- Ideally have had some exposure within Marketing
- Office experience with cross-departmental collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
