About the role

As the Events Customer Liaison, you will:

  • Resolve customer ticketing issues promptly and professionally via email and telephone.
  • Set up events and manage bookings using the Eventbrite system.
  • Reconcile ticketing data to ensure accuracy and smooth operations.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases.
  • Support the wider events team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively to enhance the attendee experience at Warners Shows.

Key skills & attributes

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a customer service role and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can work effectively under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Has proficiency in using event management tools or systems (e.g. Eventbrite, CRMs) is advantageous.
  • Has excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Is a quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes.
  • Thrives both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and collaboration.
