About the role
As the Events Customer Liaison, you will:
- Resolve customer ticketing issues promptly and professionally via email and telephone.
- Set up events and manage bookings using the Eventbrite system.
- Reconcile ticketing data to ensure accuracy and smooth operations.
- Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Support the wider events team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively to enhance the attendee experience at Warners Shows.

- Has experience in a customer service role and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Can work effectively under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Has proficiency in using event management tools or systems (e.g. Eventbrite, CRMs) is advantageous.
- Has excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Is a quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes.
- Thrives both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and collaboration.
