  • Monthly management accounts with commentary and rolling monthly re-forecast.
  • Weekly cashflow (quarterly rolling basis).
  • Assisting with business plans/budgets
  • Intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
  • Board pack preparation.
  • WIP Calculations.
  • Costings Management.
  • Be proactive in sourcing data and presenting various management information as it becomes required.
  • You will also be expected to act as “the face of finance”, in regard to projects allocated to you and attend appropriate management meetings liaising closely with the management team.
  • Assist with, Payroll, PAYE, HMRC and other statutory returns.
  • Drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Previous accounting experience is essential.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite productivity tools
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilise industry-specific accounting tools.
  • Strongly detail-oriented with a heavy focus on maintaining accuracy and integrity of accounts.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask across different types of accounting-related projects and businesses within the group.
