Team Leader - Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a manufacturing or agricultural business is a must
  • Set goals and objectives for yourself and your team
  • Proactively ensuring that a safe working environment exists for all employees
  • Maintaining standards of quality, food safety, hygiene and housekeeping through Good Manufacturing Practice
  • Planning staffing levels
  • Motivate and manage the team to achieve targets
  • Encourage a positive working environment at all times
