Team Leader - Responsibilities & Requirements
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a manufacturing or agricultural business is a must
- Set goals and objectives for yourself and your team
- Proactively ensuring that a safe working environment exists for all employees
- Maintaining standards of quality, food safety, hygiene and housekeeping through Good Manufacturing Practice
- Planning staffing levels
- Motivate and manage the team to achieve targets
- Encourage a positive working environment at all times
