Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading packaging company in their search for a Semi-Skilled Machine Operative to work in their leading factory in Bourne.
For the successful Machine Operative our client is offering:
- £28,994.64 p/annum
- 36 hours per week, Continental Shifts, 5:30 am – 5:30 pm / 5:30 pm – 5:30 am
- Permanent Role
- Uniform and PPE provided
- Training and development opportunities
- 21 days holiday + bank holidays
The role - Machine Operative:
- Following written instructions from P.C
- Preparing tooling ready for production runs
- Quality checking parts prior to production runs
- Setting up & running various machines including Digi Cons, PMR
- Cleaning parts after each production run
- Carry out weekly stock checks of inks & consumables with Goods In operator
What our client is looking for in a Machine Operative:
- Previous experience working within the print industry - ESSENTIAL
- P.C literate
- Experience of working in a high volume, low unit cost manufacturing environment
- Stable work history
