Warehouse Operative - Tyre Manufacturing Factory (Bourne, Lincs)We're looking for a hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our clients team at a busy tyre manufacturing factory in Bourne, Lincolnshire. This is a hands-on role where you'll be part of a fast-paced team ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality standards.Full training providedfor all aspects of the role.Location:* Bourne, Lincolnshire (Own transport is essential due to the factory's location).Salary:* £11.47 per hour* Overtime: £17.21 per hour* Monthly attendance bonus: £150 (equivalent to an extra £0.87 per hour)Working Hours:* Monday to Friday, no weekends* Rotating shifts: 6 am - 2 pm and 2 pm - 10 pmMain Duties:*Casing Inspection:Conduct visual checks of tyre casings as part of the production process.

*Machine Operation:Operate the diagnostic machine used in the casing inspection process.

*Quality Control:Ensure tyre quality meets company standards throughout production.

*Manual Handling:Move and organise casings; this is a physically demanding role.
