- Management of a small financial team whose key deliverable's are: accounts payable/receivable, credit control, payroll, bank reconciliations, and other core financial processes.
- Prepare and presentation of the monthly management accounts, including journal entries, prepayments, accruals, and depreciation of fixed assets.
- Financial Reporting; Analysing the cash flow forecasts, budget variances, and P&L reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead year-end audits and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Oversee supplier payments and resolve any sales invoice issues.
- Prepare and submit VAT and PAYE returns.
- Supervise product costing, inventory control, and process efficiencies.
- Cross-Department Collaboration; Working with production, sales, and operations teams to provide valuable financial insights.
- CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified or equivalent.
- Strong background in transactional finance, management accounting, cost control, and stock management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with business management software.
