Working directly with the Group FD, your key responsibilities will include:

Preparation of the Group's year-end consolidated statutory accounts under IFRS
Primary contact for auditors and external accountants to ensure timely delivery of all required documentation
Oversight of monthly Group balance sheet preparation and cash flow management
Compilation of the PLC financial Board report
Management of Corporation tax payments and review of quarterly VAT returns
