Autograph Recruitment are currently looking for a highly motivated and ambitious part/fully qualified accountant to join an accountancy practice based in Bournemouth. You will ideally have at least 3 year experience of working within a UK practice and be AAT, ACCA or ACA part or fully qualified.

Responsibilities:

  • Tax Management: Assist with tax preparation and compliance, ensuring the company meets all tax filing deadlines and minimizes tax liabilities within legal boundaries. 
  • Accounting System Management: Oversee the company's accounting systems and processes, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency. May involve recommending and implementing new accounting software. 
  • General accounts preparation 
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Continuously update their knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, AAT etc.) 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in accounting software and familiar with relevant financial modeling tools (spreadsheets etc.).
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
