Page Personnel are partnering with a successful business who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their accountancy team on a full time permanent basis.

Our client is a successful business that has seen rapid growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Bournemouth and do require travel to their offices.

Description

As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage financial records and update ledgers.
  • Process invoices, reconcile statements, and follow up on payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with variance analysis.
  • Support audit requirements and ensure policy compliance.

Profile

To be successful for the Accounts Assistant position, you must:
