- Control of AP to ensure the accurate reporting of costs, VAT and payments
- Processing employee expense claims, ensuring internal approval has been granted and coded correctly for reporting purposes, recovering VAT
- Credit Card processing – preparing individual files for employees to report back expenses, processing on accounting system, recovering of VAT Review and prepare VAT return for submission to HMRC
- Accounts Receivable – sending out statements prepared from Excel data taken from global system
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts for two companies Payroll preparation – monthly collection of data transferred to our payroll provider, reconciling the reports to ensure all payments and deductions are correct, paying and recovering monies to government bodies or pension companies.
- Preparing monthly reports for approval and transmission to parent company.
- Recording office costs for events to ensure within budget limits
- Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and year-end financial statements Administering office duties to ensure the smooth running of the UK office
