At Fawkes & Reece we are currently seeking to speak to any Administrative specialists, to join a leading tier 1 civil contractor as an Administrator on a permanent basis. Based out of their head office in Dorset, with travel to sites and client offices required regularly.

My client has a requirement for an Administrator to join their business, where there is extensive opportunity for both progression and personal development. working across a magnitude of sites and working with the key client to improve system and documentation management. You will also be responsible for liaising with locals and providing support to the wider business, as and when required.

The nature of the role as Administrator will be to provide support amongst the head office, stakeholders, liaising with employees of the business, clients and suppliers. Logging and inputting data, preparing documents and providing support throughout the business and to external individuals.

The role of Administrator does require someone with previous construction/ civil exposure, with an administrative background. An organised nature alongside a proactive attitude is a key requirement with confident communication skills both written and verbal and knowledge regarding computer systems is essential including Microsoft packages.
