Senior Business Support Officer - local authority

We're looking for motivated and organised individuals to join a fast-paced Business Support team. You'll play a key role in helping services run smoothly, improving the customer experience, and supporting teams that make a difference in the local community.

?? What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support and coach team members with systems and technical processes
  • Handle complex queries and calls with professionalism and care
  • Organise and minute multi-agency meetings
  • Input and analyse data accurately
  • Manage diaries and support senior staff with admin
  • Work with multiple partners across health, social care, and local services
  • Keep databases and records up to date
  • Help improve processes and systems
  • Always ensure confidentiality and data protection

  • Strong admin experience in a busy team setting
  • Excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills
  • Confident handling data and creating reports
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
