  • To answer the telephone and undertake reception duties, including receiving visitors, answering calls, taking messages, and dealing with inquiries.
  • To provide administrative/clerical support for staff as agreed (e.g., typing, filing, photocopying, use of spreadsheets, Excel, Word, email, etc.).
  • To be responsible for the recording and administration of relevant activities.
  • To be responsible for the logging of actions and producing daily reports.
  • Maintain important files and records.
  • To support various departments with administrative tasks and provide general admin assistance where needed.
  • Deal with inquiries and requests for information.
