PA to Leadership Team - Bournemouth - Temp - £15.11 per hour
Our client is recruiting a PA to support their Leadership Team based in Bournemouth. The role requires you to support the Leadership Team by providing administrative support.
The working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 4pm and Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm. This role requires an enhanced DBS
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor new filing and recording systems, and establish trackers as required.
- Act as an internal and external ambassador for the organisation.
- Assist the Leadership Team with promotional tours and lead tours for prospective visitors when necessary.
- Ensure positive press coverage of key events.
- Coordinate and publish newsletters in partnership with the leadership.
- Attend meetings, reviews, and key events as directed by the Leadership Team.
- Take accurate notes and ensure proper documentation and distribution of meeting records.
- Undertake and coordinate administrative tasks to support the Leadership Team.
- Act as an efficient and effective personal assistant.
- Oversee the calendar and ensure the Leadership Team is updated on added or removed events
Key Skills:
- PA experience
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Organised and good attention to detail.
