We’re looking for a talented Account Manager to join a top-tier creative agency in Bournemouth. You’ll be a key link between international clients and the brilliant in-house creative, content, and motion teams—keeping projects on track, relationships strong, and ideas flowing. If you love juggling multiple projects, collaborating with top creatives, and delivering outstanding work, this role is for you.

This role offers hybrid working split between home and the office so that your work always works for you.

The Role

  • Building strong client relationships - You’re their go-to person, ensuring smooth communication and top-tier service.
  • Managing multiple exciting projects - From strategy to digital content, creative campaigns to video production.
  • Bringing ideas to life - Work closely with designers, content creators, and motion specialists to make magic happen.
  • Delivering beyond expectations - Think solutions, not just problems, and make sure every campaign hits the mark.

Skills and Experience

  • You’ll have commercial marketing experience but that could come from a range of roles from Account Manager, Senior Account Executive, Marketing Executive, Social Specialist, or anything in between - the key is that you feel like you’d thrive in a fast-paced creative agency.
  • Passionate about digital marketing? You’ve got experience working on content-driven campaigns.
