Salary: £24,000 - £27,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a RIBA chartered and design focussed architectural practice who provide award winning design services to the residential and commercial sector. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and ambitious Architectural Assistant to join their team in their Bournemouth offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Assistant, the successful individual will need to have successfully completed your RIBA Part 1 qualification, as well as having experience using industry standard software such as AutoCAD, from their degree or work placements. The successful individual's application will be bolstered if they have experience as an Architectural Assistant within a UK practice. The successful individual will be able to boast design flare and have knowledge of local building regulations.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Assistant:

Completed you RIBA Part 1 qualification
Relevant experience as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice would be desirable
Experience with industry standard software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, or Vectorworks
Experience working on projects within the residential sector would be advantageous
Knowledge of technical construction and building regulations
Have tender package experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work well independently and in a team
Live within a commutable distance to the Bournemouth area
