They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and ambitious Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join their team in their Bournemouth studios and kick start their career within the built environment industry.
To be successful in applying for the role of Part 1 Architectural Assistant, the successful individual will need to have a relevant degree within an architecture, as well as having experience using industry standard software from their degree or work placements. The successful individual's application will be bolstered if they have experience as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Part 1 Architectural Assistant:
- Completed your bachelor's in architecture
- Relevant experience as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice would be desirable
- Experience with industry standard software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, or Vectorworks
- Experience working on projects within the residential sector would be advantageous
- Knowledge of technical construction and building regulations
- Have tender package experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
- Live within a commutable distance to the Bournemouth area
