Page Personnel is working with a large organisation based in Bournemouth, who is looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join their accountancy team on a 3 month temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience working within a mathematical environment as well as strong customer service skills & written communication skills. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work within a team of 7.

Client Details

Our client based in Bournemouth is going through a period of growth and needs support to clear a growing backlog. The offices are easily accessible via public transport (train and bus connections) as well as easily accessible for those who drive with free onsite parking.

Description

As the Credit Control Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Chasing outstanding debt predominantly via email
  • Keeping up to date customer records
  • Allocating incoming cash within the correct account
  • Managing the inbox
  • Any other adhoc tasks as required

Profile

In order to be considered for the Credit Control Administrator, you must:

  • Have previously worked within a mathematical setting
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Have strong written communication skills
  • Be able to work in a small team
  • Be able to handle large volumes
  • Be well organised
