Temporary Finance Assistant - Purchase Ledger required for a period of 1 month to cover sickness with a possible extension. Ideally to work with the Finance Team in the Wallisdown area, however another office could be available near to Bournemouth.Reporting to a Finance Manager and working within a small and friendly finance department, you will have responsibility along with one other member of staff for processing purchase ledger invoices: entering supplier invoices to a specialist document system, obtaining relevant authorisations, dealing with supplier queries and processing payments via BACs. You will need to have previous purchase ledger experience, able to work at pace with minimal supervision and possess good administrative and numerical skills. Familiarity with Excel would be essential. This role is an immediate start after interview.
