About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to build a successful career in sales, contributing significantly to our continued success.

  • Outbound calling to potential clients within the care sector.
  • Managing inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling product demonstrations.
  • Meeting individual and team sales targets.
  • Utilizing CRM software for data management and reporting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Implementation, Customer Success, and Finance).
  • Attending industry events and generating leads.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM is preferred, but not essential
  • Results-oriented, ambitious, and confident.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented.
