Role Overview:

As a Telemarketer, you will engage with potential clients via outbound calls, generating sales leads and promoting our clients' products and services. You'll need strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and confidently convey the benefits of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided scripts and materials.
  • Build meaningful connections with prospects to uncover their needs.
  • Present and promote products/services to create interest and qualify leads.
  • Accurately record all interactions and lead details in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless hand-off of leads.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and our clients' products/services.
  • Provide detailed reporting to campaign managers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or in sales/customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to clearly present and promote product/service features and benefits.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
  • Results-driven with a record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills, including Excel.
