The Role:
As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for:
Leading and inspiring the kitchen team
Designing and executing a creative, seasonal seafood menu
Sourcing the freshest local and sustainable seafood
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Controlling costs, managing inventory, and optimizing kitchen efficiency
Training and mentoring kitchen staff
What We are Looking For:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a seafood-focused kitchen
Strong leadership and management skills
Creativity and passion for innovative seafood cuisine
In-depth knowledge of seafood preparation and sustainability practices
Excellent organization, budgeting, and cost-control abilities
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
