The Offer:
- Salary: £65k base (negotiable) + guaranteed tronc
- Accommodation: First 3 months accommodation provided. After that, assistance finding local housing available.
- Covers: 200-600 per day
- Team: 40+ chefs
What You'll Do:
- Report directly to the owners and GM
- Contribute your creativity to the menu with a focus on fresh, local caught produce.
- Costing, recruitment, suppliers, etc.
- Be organized and manage a fast paced setting of 250-500 covers per day.
