Internet Business Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach teams on Scrum and SAFe principles.
- Support the development of self-organising, high-performing teams.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams and manage dependencies effectively.
- Drive efficiency improvements by removing obstacles.
- Track performance metrics and maintain clear, transparent communication.
Internet Business Scrum Master Skills & Experience Required
- Strong communicator with the ability to interact with all levels.
- Familiarity with Agile expertise (Scrum, SAFe, Lean).
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager in software development.
- Certification in Scrum Master or Product Owner preferred.
- Familiar with Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
