We are seeking a proactive Client Manager to develop and manage relationships, driving profitable sales and distribution of products within designated categories and trade channels. This role aligns with both client and company objectives and adheres to high operating standards.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Act as the key contact for all client requirements, managing and proactively handling designated clients.
  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans and manage client trade objectives.
  • Lead regular review meetings and conference calls with clients.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop category solutions and strategic brand and trade plans for each account.
  • Coordinate and influence range review processes and manage partnership marketing activities.
  • Oversee the design, production, and implementation of POSM materials and other trade marketing activities.
  • Ensure the sales force is equipped with necessary brand information, including customer presentations, pricing documents, competitor analysis, category solutions, sales updates, and promotional plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within FMCG, healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proven track record of working with trade customers and experience in sales and/or marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and forecast effectively.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to interpret sales data and create impactful presentations.
  • Understanding of category management, core ranging principles, and marketing guidelines application to customer-focused activities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
