Your Company:An educational business is seeking a Sales Executive to join the business operating within the Bournemouth area. This business has become a highly successful industry leader, and now have a client base consisting of millions of learners and they service thousands of companies. Their offerings are diverse and meet the needs of their many customers, by providing excellent quality educational resources to advance learning and allow their customers to earn important certifications and accreditations. This role will be paramount to the ongoing successful of the company, with the position holder speaking directly with potential learners to encourage them to utilise the services provided, answer any questions that are needed and to match learners with their ideal courses.  Your Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Answering inbound calls with a friendly and personable manner.
  • Making outbound calls based on warm leads from prospective customers who have enquired about the services of the business.
  • Providing information to potential students who have enquiries about the courses, in order to match them up with their ideal program.
  • Enrolling new students on the course that has been chosen.
  • Working to the script that is provided to ensure that compliance with FCA guidelines is maintained.
What you will need to Apply:The ideal candidate for this role will have some experience within a sales role, and this would ideally be from within a contact centre environment. Strong interpersonal skills are key to success within this role, and previous customer service experience would greatly support this. Candidates will need to be used to working within a high-volume work environment and be able to hit and exceed set targets.  The successful candidate will be working for 5 days a week on a rota-based system, which will include some weekends and evenings.  What you will get in Return:For the successful candidate a starting salary of up to £28,000 will be on offer, which will be highly dependent on previous sales and customer service experience. This will accompany an uncapped earning potential, meaning that overall take home could be as high as £50,000! There will be an additional remuneration package, encompassing many different rewards and benefits and also a good holiday allowance and pension rate.
