Are you a commercial assistant able to play a big part in helping an up-and-coming sub-contractor? Are you looking for a close relationship company to start you civil engineering career? Look no further as this is a great opportunity for a young civil engineering student or commercial assistant to find their home within the trade.

This role is perfect with someone with little to no knowledge of the civil ground works industry looking to find a step in the door with an experienced sub-contractor. This role will be working alongside a experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor and Contracts manager assisting with invoices and data entry.

• Data entry and logging information through Microsoft and Apple systems.
• Attending projects with the contracts manager and assisting with meetings and works.

• Knowledge of using Microsoft and Apple system programs for data entry.
• Basic Knowledge and/ or experience of NEC3 would be a huge advantage.
• Strong desire to progress within the civil engineering sector.

The company are a specialist with the movement of rare pants and crops to a safe area whilst excavation projects are completed. Their turnover is around one million a year which is regularly increasing and are currently working on project with such contractors like Kier and Balfour Beatty.

Salary being offered is up to 25,000 per year with on and off work allowing for flexibility.
