Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Salary: £65K - £70K + Car Allowance

The Role:

-Responsible for all Electrical aspects of projects 
Conduct site surveys for potential M&E projects, including layout design, quotation, and client liaison.
-Oversee day-to-day project delivery, ensuring adherence to client requirements, safety, quality, and supplier performance.
-Supervise and direct overall project activities, including planning, coordinating, and resolving issues.
-Manage project cost procurement, analysis, appraisal, and budgeting.
-Produce and submit application for payment and invoice documents as required.
-Ensure programmes are agreed upon with clients and contractors before project commencement, updated as needed, and key deadlines are met.
-Ensure M&E services are installed correctly and to the correct specifications.
-Conduct regular audits of staff performance and work quality.
-Provide timely and accurate periodic reports to the Head of Electrical Services on project progress, problems, and solutions.
-Monitor working practices, manage contractors, and report non-compliance.
-Investigate accidents, incidents, and quality failures, taking corrective action when appropriate.
-Identify risks to project budget, supplier performance, and overhead costs, taking early action to mitigate these risks.
-Maintain operational relationships with suppliers, ensuring adherence to company standards.
-Carry out audits to ensure high standards of service and workmanship.
-Undertake additional ad hoc duties as directed by the line manager in line with business needs.

The Ideal Candidate:

-Proven experience delivering commercial M&E projects worth over £4 Million.
-Proven experience working on 
-Will hold a full driving licence (must have less than 6 points).
-Will be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
-Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
-Will have excellent communication, planning and organisation skills.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to act as the primary point of contact for clients.
-Holds a valid SMSTS / CSCS Black card.
