- We are seeking an intermediate or Chartered Building Surveyor to join a leading consultancy team in central Bournemouth, Dorset, focusing mainly on commercial instructions.
- The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of relevant working experience in the field.
- This client-facing role requires someone who can work independently and confidentially within an integrated team across various sectors.
- Experience in dilapidations, surveys, and project management is advantageous as the workload will primarily consist of commercial property instructions.
- The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a strong emphasis on communication, organization, and technical knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years working experience. The client facing role will suit a person able to work independently, and one who is able to work confidentially in an integrated team across a variety of sectors. The majority of the workload will be formed of commercial property instructions and hence experience of dilapidations, surveys and project management would be useful attributes.
