Responsibilities include full installations of kitchens and bathrooms, as well as performing reactive repairs to ensure tenant satisfaction.

We are looking for a Multi trade to join a highly established contractor within the social housing sector. This position is working on planned works and reactive repairs, The Multi trade will receive company van, fuel card, 22 per hr plus the opportunity to gain a permanent position for 36,000 per annum.

As a Multi trade you will be responsible for:
Full installations of kitchens
Full installations of bathrooms
Reactive Repairs
Ensuring tenants are happy
The successful Multi trade will have:
2 or more trade skills
Full current driving license
Own hand tools
The experience required for the Multi trade role:
Be able to competently complete basic plumbing and carpentry repairs
Domestic or social housing experience
