Sonic Summary

A new client of Sphere is seeking to appoint a Commercial Manager immediately.
The company is an established Main Contractor and a market leader in Modular and Manufactured builds, primarily in the Residential and Education sectors.
The role requires managing the commercial performance of all projects, providing support to Project Managers and Surveyors, and managing commercial risk.
Candidates should have experience with both JCT and NEC contracts, and the ability to lead projects valued up to £10 million, along with relevant degree qualifications.
Membership of RICS, CIOB, or ICE is desirable, and the position offers a competitive salary based on experience.

A newclient to Sphereare looking to appoint a Commercial Manager, to commence a new role with immediate effect.

Your new company are an established Main Contractor, who are a market leader in the delivery of Modular and Manufactured builds. This is mainly within the Residential and Education sectors.

Duties / Additional information:

Manage Commercial performance of all projects across the business
Provide commercial support to the Project Mangers & Surveyors
Management of Commercial Risk
Excellent communication (internally and externally includingstakeholders)
Experience in both JCT and NEC contracts
Ability to leadprojects up to 10M
Membership of RICS, CIOB, or ICE is desirable

Relevant degree level qualifications are essential.
