We work to raise awareness, engage key stakeholders, and drive impact through strong communications and strategic messaging.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and manage all aspects of MYTIME’s communications strategy. This role is crucial in ensuring consistent, clear, and impactful messaging across PR, internal and external communications, and branding efforts. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the Marketing & Communications Manager will also contribute to the overall strategic direction of the organisation, supporting organisational growth and development.Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Management • Manage media relations, press releases, and press engagement to elevate MYTIME’s brand and awareness. • Develop and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets. • Reach out to brand ambassadors, media and beyond to manage press opportunities in order to secure story placement on a national and global level • Lead crisis communication efforts to protect and enhance the organisation’s reputation. Internal Communications• Ensure employees are well-informed and engaged through regular newsletters, internal meetings, and internal updates. • Develop strategies to foster a strong internal culture and clear organisational messaging.Stakeholder Engagement• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, donors, and policymakers. • Develop engagement strategies to strengthen relationships and enhance MYTIME’s impact.Corporate Messaging & Branding• Develop and maintain consistent messaging across all platforms, ensuring alignment with MYTIME’s mission and goals. • Oversee brand guidelines and ensure communication materials adhere to branding standards.
