Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Site Manager with a strong background in Commericial / Indistrial  join our team. The Electrical Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all electrical aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial electrical systems, equipment, and regulations. background in school and university and student accomasdation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise electrical installation and maintenance projects at industrial sites.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of electrical work.
  • Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and schematics to direct installation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Plan and schedule work, including manpower, equipment, and materials needed for each project phase.
  • Monitor project progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team.
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other site managers and departments to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager in an industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, equipment, and materials.
  • Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
