Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Bournemouth, Poole, and Surrounding Areas
Salary: 35,000 - 42,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Electrical Supervisor to join our team, covering Bournemouth, Poole, and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role, overseeing electrical projects and ensuring compliance with current regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage electrical installation, maintenance, and testing projects.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with current 18th edition regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct testing and inspection of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to electricians and apprentices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- Testing and inspection certification.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
