About The RoleTeam – Project ServicesWorking Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth or Stockport Office. Full time, 35 hours per week. This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.We are happy to discuss flexible working! Top 3 skills needed for this role:

What this role is all about:As Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing change within the time, budget and scope agreed. You will  provide creative solutions to manage ongoing change requirements and quality control throughout the life of the project.Key Actions
  • Determine project or workstream scope and identify activities required with associated timelines.
  • Actively manage the delivery plan and coordinate multiple teams’ deliveries to achieve Project outcomes.
  • Identify and communicate effectively with key project stakeholders.
  • Manage dependencies between multiple delivery workstreams to ensure the success of the project.
  • Supervise / track the delivery of project tasks. Utilise effective escalation if tasks are not running to plan.
  • Communicate progress. Able to create and present progress reports, presentations and run workshops.
  • Identify and manage Risks, Assumptions, Dependencies and Issues across the project.
  • Ensure Project Management reporting tool is up to date in line with key reporting criteria.
What do you need to thrive?
  • IT or Business-related qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
  • Has a close link to wider industry practices & the Project Management profession.
  • Significant experience working with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation.
  • Experience working within a complex matrix management environment.
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Strategic Project environments.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask in an effective and organised manner.
  • Good understanding of Project Management approaches and methodologies.
