- Obtain market information to support business development
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying suitable candidates for our client’s requirements
- Approaching candidates to present opportunities to determine both their suitability and interest in the role
- Provide support with the interview process, offer negotiations, and resignation stage
- Provide ad-hoc support to the team in all aspects of the resourcing process
- A recent graduate, ideally with a relevant degree
- An analytical approach to problem solving combined with an inquisitive mind
- Commercial and empathetic with an interest in business
- Strong communication skills with the ability to question and challenge
- Good understanding of IT and competent with social media
- Self-motivated and target driven
