Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £60k+)

Role Overview
- Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, guiding them from enquiry to completion.
- Manage and process a high volume of mortgage applications efficiently.
- Maintain clear and professional communication to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay updated on the latest mortgage products and industry trends.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience handling 15+ mortgage applications per month.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Advisor in a whole-of-market environment.
- Proven track record of managing client applications from start to finish.
- CeMAP qualification (essential).
- Experience handling B2C enquiries and sourcing the best deals across multiple lenders.
