2 x Customer Service Officers
- 1 x role is for 6 months maternity cover
- 1 x Temp to perm opportunity
- To start 6th December
- Hybrid role
- Central Bournemouth offices (must live close to Bournemouth to apply)
- 37 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday early finish 4.30pm
- Pay rate £12.18 per hour
About the Customer Service Officer role-
- We are seeking experienced in-bound call handlers for these roles
- Able to deal with contacts for various services with empathy
- Able to deal with complaints effectively
- Able to stay calm under pressure
- Dealing with volume calls
- Must be able to multi- task as each call is different, varied types of issues and problem solving required
- Good ICT skills
- Updating and looking up information on the system
- Accurate Data entry
- Great attention to details
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
